(Effective November 2025)

By purchasing and paying for a monthly pit spot rental at Jammer’s Raceway, you (the “Renter”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Payment constitutes full acceptance – no signature required.

Pit Spot Size & What’s Included:

• Your assigned pit spot is 4 feet wide × 2 feet deep (measured from the front edge of the table). 

• Included: Use of one-half (½) of the shelves directly above your spot (shared with Renter across from you). 

• You may not occupy or block any space outside these dimensions.

• Renter receives access to the Member’s-only “Pit Crew” site on the Jammer’s Raceway website.

• Renter will get 50% off regular practice and Club Race fees (excludes special events).

• Free Pit Delivery of products purchased through Al’s Hobby Shop and its website.

   

Monthly Fee & Payment:

• Fee: $60.00 per month 

• Due on the 1st of each month and charged to the credit/debit card on file. 

• Payments after the 5th incur a $10 late fee and are subject to termination of Rental.

• No refunds or prorated amounts for early cancellation or non-use. First month may be prorated, but rentals go through end of the month.

LiPo Battery Rule (Zero Tolerance):

• All LiPo batteries left on the premises must be stored inside a commercially available, approved LiPo-safe bag, box, or container at all times when not actively in use or charging.

• If you prefer not to store batteries here, you must take them home with you each day.

• LiPo batteries left out of approved storage may be disposed of without warning.

Cleanliness & Space Rules:

• Keep your pit area and shelves orderly and free of trash or hazards at all times. 

• When you are not present, nothing may extend outside your 4 foot × 2 foot footprint onto the floor or walkway. 

• Pit box may remain under the table only if your chair can be pushed completely in without blocking the aisle.

Personal Chair:

• You may bring and use your own chair.

Modifications:

• Light modifications (lights, small organizers, power strips, etc.) are allowed within reason.

• You must remove all modifications and return the spot (including shelves) to its original condition when you give up the spot.

• You are responsible for any damage.

Lost or Stolen Items:

• Jammer’s Raceway and Al’s Hobby Shop, LLC are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left anywhere on the premises (open or closed).

Termination / Cancellation:

• You may cancel anytime – no refund for the current month. 

• We may terminate your rental immediately and without refund for rule violation, unsafe behavior, or non-payment.

• Items left behind will be disposed of or become property of Jammer’s Raceway / Al’s Hobby Shop, LLC.

Special Events:

• Management may request that you make your pit spot available for visiting racers for large events.

• Management will work with Renter for the most favorable accommodations to facilitate this.

General Track Rules Apply:

• You must continue to follow all posted and announced Jammer’s Raceway rules.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with posted notice at the track.
